Participants can reserve rooms in the nearby Aspen Hotel. A single room will cost 7,500 yen per night and include breakfast. There is also the option to have dinner at the hotel (selectable on the payment form), but do note there are many good restaurants in the vacinity. To reserve your room, please fill in and fax the accommodation form here: [English][日本語]. Payment will be charged after January 24th 2014.
If you wish to travel with family or reserve a shared room, please contact us and we will make the reservation. Since the Aspen Hotel largely caters to businessmen, family rooms may be found at a different nearby hotel that will still be convienient for reaching campus.
Sapporo City can be easily reached from New Chitose Airport (airport code: CTS) by train or bus. The train leaves directly from the airport to the main station in Sapporo, a five minute walk from the Aspen Hotel.
